Op vrijdag 28 november is de tentoonstelling ‘Jong Talent’ geopend.
Negentien kunstenaars – afkomstig uit Nederland, België, Indonesië, China en Slowakije – zijn klaar om hun kunst aan de wereld te laten zien.
De meeste deelnemers studeren op dit moment aan kunstopleidingen zoals de Klassieke Academie, Academie Minerva of andere kunstinstituten of hebben deze eerder afgerond. Drie deelnemers zitten nog op het voortgezet onderwijs, waar ze uitblinken in kunstvakken.
De titel ‘Jong Talent’ verwijst naar het stadium van hun kunstenaarschap: makers die veelal aan het begin staan van hun artistieke ontwikkeling en vol nieuwsgierigheid nieuwe vormen, technieken en thema’s verkennen. Hun werk varieert van stillevens tot grafische en expressionistische kunst, uitgevoerd in o.a. acryl, olieverf, houtskool, digitale technieken, etsen en zelfs gerecyclede materialen.
We ontvingen meer dan 42 aanmeldingen voor deze expositie. Echt fantastisch! We selecteerden op basis van diversiteit van inzendingen, zoals gebruikte materialen en het unieke van het werk.
De expo ‘Jong Talent’ is van 28 november 2025 tot 24 februari 2026 elke dinsdag van 17.00 – 20.00 uur en elke zondag van 13.00 – 16.00 uur te bezichtigen.

Nineteen artists – from the Netherlands, Belgium, Indonesia, China and Slovakia – are ready to show the world their art.
Most participants are studying at present at art institutes such as the Classical Academy, Minerva Academy and the like or have previously completed their education. Three participants are still at secondary school, where they excel at the arts.
The title “Young Talent” refers to the current stage of the artists’ training: they are at the start of their artistic development in which they explore new forms, techniques and themes full of curiosity. Their work comprises still lifes, graphic and expressionist art, executed in acrylic paint, oil, charcoal, digital techniques, etching and even recycled materials.
We have received more than 42 entries for this exhibition. Fantastic indeed! We have selected our candidates on the basis of diversity regarding for instance materials used and how unique a work of art is.
This exhibition “Young Talent” will last from 28 November 2025 until 24 February 2026 and is open for visitors every Tuesday from 17h00 – 20h00 and every Sunday from 13h00 – 16h00.
